Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of hourly Guest Advocates and Front of Store teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage daily/weekly workloads, coach and evaluate staff, and drive store goals. Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding new team members, coaching for performance, ensuring adherence to guest experience commitments, executing safety and loss-prevention practices, coordinating with leadership to meet sales targets, and maintaining knowledge of loyalty programs and promotions.
