Job Summary
Service Engagement Lead to drive new patient referrals for the Cheshire Oaks clinic, coordinating educational and marketing activities, and building relationships with referrers such as opticians, GPs, and referral centres. Acts as the main conduit between the clinic and central Marketing & Engagement, plans CPD sessions and local marketing events, and supports a hybrid work model with travel across Cheshire and North Wales. Requires experience in referrals/sales, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders; role involves after-hours events and travel, with a focus on achieving referral targets and private-sales growth.
