Job Summary
Service Engagement Coordinator to recruit, engage, and support participants; build relationships with congregations, schools, partners, and prospective participants; help people discover meaningful ways to serve; collaborate across the organization to support recruitment efforts, participant engagement, training, and programs with local and global impact. Requires two or more years in related nonprofit fields, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent combination of education and experience considered). Spanish language is a plus. Location: Newton, Kansas; on-site role with standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in recruitment, community engagement, nonprofit programs, volunteer coordination, education, ministry, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with training, event coordination, recruitment, or participant support preferred but not required
