Job Summary
Service Drive Manager overseeing daily operations of the automotive dealership service lane, including supervising service greeters, valets, and advisors; responsible for ensuring prompt customer greetings, efficient vehicle drop-offs, and exceptional service experiences; duties include team leadership, coaching and mentoring, coordinating workflow between customers, Service Manager, and technicians, monitoring repair orders to prevent delays, driving departmental revenue via KPI tracking and performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety, OSHA, and environmental regulations; requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to balance management tasks with hands-on customer deliveries and paperwork alongside advisors.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years automotive dealership experience
- prior supervisory or Service Advisor experience
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- manage varying schedules, including occasional weekends
- deep understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and dealership software
