Job Summary
The Service Drive Assistant serves as the first point of contact for service customers, aiding service advisors, guiding customers to the appropriate service staff, managing vehicle movement in the drive lane, and maintaining a professional, organized service area. Responsibilities include greeting customers on arrival, directing them to service advisors and checking in, moving, parking, and staging vehicles safely, maintaining smooth traffic flow in the service lane, keeping the service lane clean and presentable, assisting advisors with daily tasks and customer needs, coordinating shuttle or transportation as needed, performing basic inspections or note-taking as directed, upholding Ford and Triple Crown Ford customer service standards, and contributing to a responsive, team-oriented service experience. Key skills include excellent communication, reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced automotive environment. The role also emphasizes teamwork and a professional approach to maintaining first impressions for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
