Service Drive and Shop Attendent

Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and professionally, direct vehicles through the service drive, connect customers with the appropriate service advisor, and help manage service drive traffic. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and advisor workstations; assist with loaner and shuttle coordination; support shop and parts movement; ensure shop safety and customer experience standards; assist technicians with movement of vehicles and staging repair orders; prepare loaner vehicles for customer use and keep them ready for the next customer. Represent Crain Kia of Fayetteville with professionalism while contributing to customer satisfaction and department efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
