Job Summary
Coordinate service deployments and customer appointments while acting as the primary contact for technical inquiries and service matters. Support internal and external technicians through technical assistance, manage service orders and equipment data within the ERP system, and organize materials and documentation for field visits. Calculate maintenance and service proposals, align schedules with internal departments and clients, and continuously optimize service workflows. Based in Gondelsheim with potential for home office, this role offers a structured onboarding process tailored to your existing cold technology expertise. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Kältetechnik
- Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Kälteanlagenbauer oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kältetechnik
- Gute praktische Kenntnisse, idealerweise im Bereich Kaltwassersysteme
- Erforderlicher Sachkundenachweis
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
