Service Dispatcher

Coordinate and assign repairs to technicians based on skill level, certification, and workload while monitoring workflow to make real-time adjustments. Communicate with customers and team members regarding repair progress, delays, and estimated completion times. Collaborate across departments with the Service office and Parts team to minimize delays and ensure smooth repairs. Review completed repair orders to verify documentation meets company and warranty guidelines. Facilitate shift changes by communicating job status updates for seamless transitions. This role requires Monday-Friday day shifts and involves managing a busy service department environment.
