Service Dispatcher

Service Dispatcher coordinates and schedules field service operations, acts as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments, and ensures timely and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include assigning and scheduling technicians based on availability and location, tracking ongoing jobs and technician locations, providing customers with appointment updates and ETAs, resolving scheduling conflicts, coordinating with customer service and operations, ensuring job readiness, monitoring schedules, and maintaining effective communication with customers and technicians. Requires advanced customer service, excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, with knowledge of the service area and familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical concepts a plus. This is a full-time role based in Springdale, AR, with standard office environment duties and no expected travel.
