Job Summary
Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly while optimizing routes using local geography and traffic flow knowledge. Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks. Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied, and maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments. Handle time management with precision to address all service calls in a timely manner. Work closely with the service team to ensure operations run smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Logistics Expertise: Experience in logistics, whether through military, warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash, is highly valued.
- Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local area, ideally having lived here your whole life.
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
- Time Management: Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and ensuring they're completed efficiently.
