Job Summary
Coordinate workflow between service advisors and technicians to support shop productivity, assign repair orders based on skill level, availability, and workload; monitor shop progress and adjust workflow; maintain clear communication among technicians, service advisors, and management; prioritize repair orders for efficient, timely completion; help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; track technician clock times and monitor repair progress; assist management with daily shop operations. Familiarity with dealership software such as CDK or Workflow 360 is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive service department is preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen
