Job Summary
Dispatch the best-suited technician to each job based on location, skillset, and opportunity while monitoring schedules to maximize efficiency. Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff, and collaborate with Service Managers, the Call Center Lead, and Warehouse Coordinator. Identify and escalate service issues promptly, utilizing CRM software to track schedules and job details. Maintain respectful relationships with the team and clients while participating in ongoing training. Work Monday through Friday in 8-10 hour day shifts within the Milwaukee metro area, supporting the coordination team with additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of dispatching experience in a trades or service company
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Milwaukee metro area and surrounding service zones
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude, humility, and a drive to exceed expectations
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
- Minimum of 2 years in a dispatching or service coordination role
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of dispatching experience in a trades or service company preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
- ServiceTitan preferred
