Job Summary
Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on skill level and facility guidelines. Coordinate planned maintenance, receive service requests from customers and coworkers, and enter data into the computer system. Assist with paperwork, prepare reports, and manage registration for service vans, rental fleet maintenance, and delivery truck scheduling while coordinating with outside vendors. This hourly role supports the York, PA location of Eastern Lift Truck Co., a family-owned lift truck and material handling business with over 50 years of experience. Dispatch experience is desired, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
