Service Dispatch Supervisor

Lead, train, and coach a team of dispatchers across shifts while monitoring daily job scheduling, technician routes, and dispatch flow to ensure on-time service. Collaborate with service managers and customer service to balance capacity, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or escalations in real time, and track key metrics like response time and job completion. Maintain dispatch SOPs, use CRM tools to assign jobs, and participate in cross-functional meetings to improve scheduling strategy. Ensure consistent communication standards and support new dispatcher onboarding.
