Job Summary
Oversee the service department by mentoring management, setting individual goals, and ensuring team members operate within assigned roles to maximize efficiency. Develop and maintain business relationships to broaden the bidding pool while producing project estimates for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal services. Track job costing versus profit rates, manage bid proposals to achieve high award rates, and review contracts for completeness and policy compliance. Implement performance improvement plans and operational changes as necessary to drive profitability and meet departmental targets.

- Must be able to mentor and oversee the Service Manager and the service team
- Must be able to lead and manage all aspects of the service department and its field team
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test
- Must be E-Verified
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Must have Critical skills including planning & organizing
- Must have Critical skills including problem identification/resolution
- Must have Critical skills including attention to detail
- Must have Critical skills including multi-tasking
- Must have Critical skills including follow-through
- Must have Critical skills including priority setting
