Job Summary

Lead and mentor a maintenance team of up to five, overseeing routine and preventive maintenance programs while managing renovation and rehab projects to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time completion. Direct daily operations by diagnosing complex technical issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general property systems, while enforcing OSHA compliance and multifamily safety regulations. Manage make-ready processes including turnovers, punch lists, and vendor coordination, partnering with leasing and operations to support community goals. Utilize property management software and mobile tools to track budgets and implement cost-saving strategies. EPA and CPO certifications are required, along with five years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Director in multifamily settings.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Director
  • Previous multifamily property management experience
  • EPA Certified – refrigerant management
  • CPO Certified – pool and facility compliance
  • Proficiency with property management software, work order systems, and mobile maintenance tools
  • Skilled in budget management, spend tracking, and cost-saving strategies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reputation for reliability, adaptability, and professionalism
  • Ability to lead and mentor a maintenance team of up to 5
  • Ability to handle scheduling, delegation, and performance management
  • Ability to direct renovation and rehab projects
  • Ability to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time completion

  • Ability to be available for on-site work in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Ability to work full-time hours
