Job Summary
Service Desk Trainee at Mitsubishi Electric Europe Spain responsible for resolving first- and second-level incidents and requests related to hardware, software, telephony, networks, and other systems. Provides onsite and remote end-user support, installs and configures operating systems and applications, performs data recovery on disks/USB drives, conducts software updates and preventive maintenance, prepares equipment for new hires and handles replacements, supports Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365), diagnoses basic network issues, manages user requests via phone, email, and ticket systems, documents incidents and interventions, collaborates with IT teams on complex issues and service improvements, manages IT assets and inventory, and participates in infrastructure-related tasks/projects under supervision of the systems administrator or security lead.
