Job Summary
Join a dynamic tech firm as a Service Desk Technician Level 3, where you will be integral to the technical support team, resolving customer issues on-site, installing servers and firewalls, and managing support requests. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in technical support, strong Windows troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with server and firewall management. Attention to detail, documentation, and excellent customer service skills are essential. A+, MCP, or MCSE certifications are preferred, and knowledge of ConnectWise or Kaseya products is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in the technical support field
- Strong Windows troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Some Server troubleshooting & problem-solving skills experience
- Experience with Firewalls
- Printer issues troubleshooting
- Internet connectivity issues troubleshooting
- Mapped drive connection issues
- Troubleshoot virus-infected workstations and laptops
- File rights & folder permissions management
- VPN connections and remote desktop troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience using ConnectWise
- Previous experience using Kaseya family of products
