Job Summary

Join a dynamic tech firm as a Service Desk Technician Level 3, where you will be integral to the technical support team, resolving customer issues on-site, installing servers and firewalls, and managing support requests. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in technical support, strong Windows troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with server and firewall management. Attention to detail, documentation, and excellent customer service skills are essential. A+, MCP, or MCSE certifications are preferred, and knowledge of ConnectWise or Kaseya products is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in the technical support field
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Some Server troubleshooting & problem-solving skills experience
  • Experience with Firewalls
  • Printer issues troubleshooting
  • Internet connectivity issues troubleshooting
  • Mapped drive connection issues
  • Troubleshoot virus-infected workstations and laptops
  • File rights & folder permissions management
  • VPN connections and remote desktop troubleshooting

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience using ConnectWise
  • Previous experience using Kaseya family of products

Additional Requirements

  • Client on-sites are required hence you must live in or near Phoenix, Arizona
