Job Summary
Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support for internal customers in the US via remote tools. Manage IT tickets in ConnectWise Manage, create and decommission user accounts and PCs, diagnose hardware/software/network issues, coordinate with HP/Dell vendors, document troubleshooting steps, communicate with internal teams via Teams, respond to customer queries, escalate complex issues, perform remote troubleshooting, provide basic training on common apps, and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles. Open to fresh graduates with CS/IT degrees or 2–3 years of relevant experience; flexible hours including evenings and weekends; favorable certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Net+) and MSP/ConnectWise experience are preferred."
Required Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or 2–3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings (7PM PST to 7AM PST) and weekends as required
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certification(s), Net+ Certification (optional)
- ConnectWise Experience
- MSP Experience
