Service Desk Tech Analyst II provides intermediate to advanced IT support for endpoints across clinical and administrative environments, serving as escalation point for complex incidents, mentoring Level I staff, and supporting Windows, MacOS, M365, and healthcare applications. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring endpoints with SCCM/Intune, maintaining endpoint security and device management, supporting clinical technologies (badge readers, medical peripherals), optimizing ITSM workflows in ServiceNow, documenting SOPs, maintaining CMDB/inventory, and participating in after-hours/on-call rotations to support go-lives and critical events.
