Job Summary
Provide responsive IT support for software, systems, hardware, audio-visual equipment, and mobile devices; resolve user inquiries and technical issues to minimize disruption and maximize productivity; support audio-visual systems, video conferencing, and mobile device management; assist with meetings and events; maintain knowledge of IT technologies and policies and document activities using standard procedures; work with MS Office and law-firm software such as iManage, Litera, and Mimecast; participate as a generalist with strong client-support across systems and applications.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or a related field
- two years’ full-time work-related experience in a multi-office, networked environment with multiple software packages and hardware devices
