Job Summary
The Service Desk Associate role focuses on service desk administration, membership sales, and facility/equipment cleanliness. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, monitoring access, answering questions and handling complaints, providing information to prospects, giving tours to prospective members, selling memberships and entering new members into the database, operating the POS system and collecting past-due balances, organizing the front desk, scheduling fitness training sessions, performing regular club walk-throughs and checklists, guiding new employees, and performing shift procedures. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to both members and non-members, maintaining the Judgment Free Zone culture, and supporting a clean and organized facility. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, along with prior customer service and/or sales experience, cleaning/maintenance experience, and basic computer literacy.
