Job Summary
Service Desk Associate at Ohana Growth Partners for Planet Fitness clubs. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, monitoring club access, handling inquiries and complaints, answering phones, giving tours to prospective members, selling memberships and processing agreements, operating the POS system and collecting balances, organizing and maintaining the front desk, scheduling fitness training sessions, performing club walk-arounds and cleanliness duties, and supporting management. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; basic computer literacy and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily duties and interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy
