Job Summary

Service Desk Incident Manager needed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to lead coordination and execution of incident management and service requests for DoD IT environments. Responsibilities include overseeing the service request queue, intake/escalation/resolution of incidents, coordinating with Service Desk Leads and technical teams, tracking high-priority incidents, ensuring SLAs are met, and driving continual improvement through metrics and trend analysis. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance and IAT II certification or higher; minimum 5+ years in IT/Service Desk (or BA/BS with 2+ years) and must obtain Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator within 6 months. Relocation incentive available; non-remote role with in-person work at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Preferred DoD environment experience and ITIL v4 certification; ServiceNow ITSM experience; strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance
  • IAT Level II certification equivalent or higher
  • Five (5+) years of relevant IT/Service Desk experience OR a BA/BS plus 2+ years in IT/Service Desk
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent within 6 months
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
