Job Summary
The role provides Tier 1/2 IT support for Allbridge employees across Raleigh, NC and remote locations, focusing on endpoints, identity, and applications in a cloud-first environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, EndPoint Central). Responsibilities include device provisioning, account management, software deployment, access governance, patching, and SOC 2 compliant controls. Key duties involve managing EndPoint Central and Intune, enforcing MFA and Conditional Access, supporting Windows 11 endpoints and macOS/iOS/Android devices, automating tasks with PowerShell, and assisting with legacy server sunset activities. The position requires 3–5 years of IT experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and US work authorization without sponsorship. Travel flexibility is noted for office or project support.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID: user lifecycle management, Conditional Access, MFA, and group-based access
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles
- Proficiency with PowerShell for M365 and Entra ID administration tasks
- Experience with an endpoint management platform — ManageEngine EndPoint Central strongly preferred; SCCM/MECM or comparable accepted
- Solid Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills; familiarity with Windows Server fundamentals
- Familiarity with SOC 2 endpoint control requirements: patch management, encryption, EDR, access governance
- Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
