Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Operator at Pluxee, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT services, provide high-quality technical support to HQ employees and VIP users, and be responsible for hardware and software provisioning, identity and access management, and IT asset management. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting, network management, and compliance with service delivery standards. You will need at least 5 years of technical support experience, familiarity with Microsoft O365, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT service desk technical support
- Proven experience in providing field support activities, troubleshooting, debugging, and operational maintenance
- Experienced in identity and access management solutions within the Microsoft O365 environment
- Good knowledge of networking principles and protocols
- Proficiency in equipment management, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
