Job Summary

The Service Desk Analyst I provides remote support in a 24/7 call center environment, interacting with customers to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities include processing information, delivering service to end-users, researching details, following standard procedures, and documenting transactions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of software and customer service principles, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and mobile device support. A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required
  • Current valid State Drivers’ License
  • Proper phone etiquette and effective listening skills
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately with demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications and equipment
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Position requires use of headset/microphone
  • Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions
  • Must have a strong personal drive for delivering great customer service
  • Need to be flexible, adaptable, and possess creative problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting all versions of Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Familiarity with mobile device support (iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Medical/clinical terminology is preferred, but not required
