Job Summary
Service Desk Analyst responsible for incident and request management, providing technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware in a hybrid Calgary office environment. Role includes hardware/software deployment, application packaging and deployment, asset management, knowledge-base documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Requires ITIL familiarity, 3+ years in IT support, Office 365/Intune/SCCM experience, and a valid driver’s license for on-site support. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote Mon, Fri; some weeks require additional on-site attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Understanding of ITIL Foundation and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Desk Analyst or a similar IT support role
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in desktop packaging and application deployment
- VM/VDI knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Office 365, Intune, SCCM, and AI tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for on-site support
- Ability to provide on-site set up and support for end-user equipment
