Job Summary
Service Desk Agent responsible for first and second line Digital Workplace support across multiple channels, logging and prioritizing incidents, and escalating complex issues. Must handle end-user inquiries related to software, devices, and IT services; maintain timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Requires at least 6 years of IT Service Desk/User Support experience, strong Windows 10 workstation and Microsoft 365 expertise, knowledge of Active Directory, basic Windows/Linux server concepts, networking fundamentals, backups, antivirus, and software deployment. Excellent communication in English and French; ITIL certification is required, with additional certifications (Windows 10 MCSA, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, IT Helpdesk/Google IT Support, MOS or equivalent) considered strong assets. Hybrid working model in Belgium with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.
