Job Summary
Service Desk Administrator at Anduril provides on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware (Windows, Linux, Apple), configures endpoints with latest software and security tools, and supports asset/inventory management. Responsibilities include handling Jira Service Management tickets, escalating persistent issues to leads/engineering, maintaining endpoint software (Office, Adobe, Matlab, etc.), participating in a weekly on-call rotation, creating knowledge articles and SOPs, and supporting operational improvement projects. Key skills include strong PC/Apple hardware knowledge, customer service and communication, ticketing systems, and familiarity with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Workspace One) and IAM/Zero Trust environments. Willingness to travel and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. TS clearance are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a service desk technical role
- Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue
- Must participate in a weekly on call rotation
- Must be able to travel if necessary
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
