Job Summary
Design end-to-end managed service solutions by translating client requirements into scalable service models and defining operating models, governance structures, and delivery approaches. Lead solution shaping, pricing, and stakeholder engagement to ensure commercial soundness while partnering with delivery, commercial, and solution architecture leads across New Zealand and globally. Support large-scale, multi-year engagements spanning cloud, platforms, cyber, and business transformation within Deloitte Technology & Transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, Operate Service Architect
- 10+ years' experience in managed services, outsourcing, or Operate delivery models, including large-scale, multi-year engagements
- Strong understanding of service management, operating models, pricing structures, and global delivery environments
- Proven stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate across complex, cross-functional environments
