Job Summary
Service Department Manager responsible for optimizing service processes, driving profitable service labor sales, and coordinating with parts and sales teams. Leads hiring, coaching, and goal-setting for the service staff; develops annual department goals, budget, and marketing plans; negotiates service policy settlements and manages WIP. Requires experience in an equipment dealership, budget management, customer and staff mentorship, and familiarity with CDK/dealer work order systems, plus strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an equipment dealership setting working as a shop foreman, coordinator, or manager with demonstrated growth in revenue, customer and staff retention
- Experience with CDK and dealer work order systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to lead by example and promote company culture
