Job Summary
Customer service oriented Business Development Center teammate responsible for scheduling customer sales appointments, routing inbound phone calls, and processing payments. Responsibilities include answering calls and following up with sales appointments, taking payments and invoicing Service and Parts customers, responding to internet/phone/live chat inquiries using emails and templates, providing initial product information and directing customers to dealership resources, presenting initial financing options based on customer needs, following up with leads not ready to schedule, participating in team/process development, using the CRM daily, and scanning finalized invoices into electronic filing.
Required Qualifications
- English and Spanish Fluency preferred
- Dependable and motivated a must
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
