Job Summary
Service Department BDC Representative responsibilities include establishing strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling service department appointments, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate follow-up, recording customer information in the required database, and utilizing Factory Website and third-party websites to contact customers and schedule recalls or mobile eligible appointments. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong computer skills (date entry, internet, Microsoft Office), good time management, ability to work independently with direction, and flexibility to work hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Background screening including criminal background check, motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security number is required.
