Job Summary
Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression while safely moving, parking, staging, and retrieving customer vehicles throughout the dealership. Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed, picking up and delivering vehicles for service appointments. Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and service lane organization, helping maintain an organized, clean, and professional service drive and vehicle staging area. Support the service department with additional porter, valet, and lot duties as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work history
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Comfortable driving and parking a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership and service environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Previous porter, valet, lot attendant, shuttle driver, delivery driver, or automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
