Job Summary
Service Delivery Technician providing support and customer service to Kiewit. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, cases, and chat requests; troubleshooting and resolving issues at first contact; collaborating with internal teams to escalate items; building relationships with field personnel; using technology to address customer-impacting concerns; following processes and maintaining urgency to support projects and districts. Onsite role at the NEW office in La Vista, NE, with a Monday–Friday 10am–7pm shift. Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
