Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic HNW members; oversee the delivery of luxury travel and concierge services, drive service excellence, efficiency, and quality, resolve high-level escalations, and collaborate across global teams to align with business objectives. Strong track record in luxury hospitality/service delivery, Arabic and English language proficiency, and the ability to mentor and motivate teams across multiple locations. This 100% office-based role in Riyadh requires strategic leadership and a focus on continuous improvement to exceed member expectations.
