Job Summary
As Service Delivery Supervisor, supervise LDP Operational Teams from work stack handover to project completion on the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West, ensuring adherence to HSEQ, programme timelines and customer satisfaction. Duties include on-site setup, enabling works, gas operations, backfill and reinstatement; disseminating Construction Phase Plan information and RAMS; managing street works permits (NRSWA) and traffic management; collaborating with Customer Liaison Officer to identify customer needs; delivering daily/weekly reports and driving safe, compliant operations; providing innovative problem-solving and ensuring safety issues are reported per company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- SHEA (Gas)
- NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
- SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)
- IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
- NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
