Job Summary
Conduct daily technical support, troubleshoot complex site issues, and perform regular engineer audits to ensure work meets RAMS and client specifications. Lead new-starter inductions, verify field competency, and mentor engineers to develop their skills. Oversee PPE and tool ordering, coordinate vehicle management including inspections and maintenance, and manage engineering operations by processing timesheets and monitoring productivity. Scope, price, and track the financial performance of remedial projects while resolving operational blocks. Support client-facing Account Managers by providing operational context to contract KPIs. This hybrid role requires a full UK driving licence and strong experience in water hygiene or mechanical services. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in water hygiene, Legionella compliance, or mechanical services
- Proven track record leading, mentoring, or supervising field engineers
- Ability to quote remedial works, track job profitability, and monitor team KPIs
- Confidence to handle difficult conversations, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams
- A solution-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence
