Service Delivery Supervisor

Direct daily operations of the Inventory and Distribution Department, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure safety compliance and proper use of protective equipment, manage scheduling and coverage for shifts, monitor and reconcile invoices, maintain accurate electronic and physical inventories, lead process improvements and identify/prevent recurrence of errors, serve as departmental expert on computer systems, and participate in education and training activities; standard schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities; compensation range $68,000–$75,000; ideal candidate has strong communication skills, knowledge of blood products/supplies, and the ability to work with diverse customers in a mission-driven environment; organization emphasizes mentorship, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
