Service Delivery Representative III provides World Class Personal Member Service across multiple contact channels (telephone, secured messaging, online chat), handles transactions and guidance on Credit Union products/services, assists with escalations and training, and supports multiple product/service areas with expertise across queues (loans, e-services, retirement). Handles account research and corrections, ensures confidentiality, and contributes to process improvements and quality objectives while maintaining member-centric service and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Credit union/financial institution experience preferred
