Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects in a data center, acting as the primary customer-facing project lead. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; ensure contractual commitments and budgets are met; track progress and mitigate risks; coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Network, Security, Finance, and Customer Support; oversee change requests and documentation; provide regular status updates and executive summaries; manage escalations and build strong customer relationships; collaborate with Sales for smooth transitions from contract execution to implementation; coordinate with Facilities for power, cooling, and space allocations; ensure accurate service activation, billing, and vendor invoicing; engage third-party vendors as required; maintain project documentation and adherence to procedures and standards; prepare executive-level reports and dashboards on project status and portfolio performance.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree – 2yr min.
- 5 years (min) of project management experience.
- Experience managing customer-facing infrastructure deployment projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Experience working with service delivery, provisioning, or customer onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with project management methods, tools & ticketing systems.
