Service Delivery Manager

Lead small to mid-size delivery management projects by creating plans, coordinating resources, and managing risks while ensuring service quality meets client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address issues and deliver services in line with business requirements. Manage project costs, oversee team performance, and provide feedback to ensure resource effectiveness. Optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes, including managing third-party providers and subcontractors. Prior Airport experience is preferred, with strong service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI reporting, and financial management experience required.
