Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring smooth service operations and high client satisfaction by managing SLAs, coordinating with project teams and technology services, driving continuous improvement, gathering and communicating customer requirements, and providing periodic performance metrics and escalation handling. Requires strong stakeholder management across global locations, experience with BAU activities and project work, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.
