Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery outcomes for large, high-value accounts within Telstra, acting as the primary customer liaison and governance lead. Leads cross-functional delivery teams to meet contractual service levels, drives service improvement plans, manages risk and escalation, supports growth and renewals with the sales organization, and collaborates across Product, Delivery, Commercial and Operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Requires NV1/NV2 security clearances, Australian citizenship, and Canberra-based presence with no hybrid arrangements. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, governance, and accountability within a fast-paced, complex environment.
