Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and IDEMIA's business value by ensuring solutions run in accordance with customers' contracts and by ensuring scalable maintenance of the solutions. Defines maintenance strategies, monitors customer service KPIs and maintenance budget, oversees field customer support engineers, communicates with customers and internal stakeholders, proposes improvements to maintenance strategy, manages crisis situations with customers, understands technical specifications and client requirements, defines maintenance activities for simple solutions, prepares and communicates activity reports, and presents results to customers. Singapore-based fixed-term role within a global identity technology company emphasizing diverse, international collaboration and customer-focused delivery.
