Job Summary

Govern ITIL processes across Europe, own and optimize the Xurrent ITSM platform, monitor service performance via SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Lead major incident management, support the introduction of new services into operations, and ensure ITSM governance, ITGC, and SOX compliance. Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to improve service delivery and governance across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery Management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience with Xurrent (preferred) or a comparable ITSM platform
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
