Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager, RDT Onsite Europe West leads and develops an engineering team responsible for onsite service excellence, infrastructure stability, and user experience across sites. You’ll co-create the product/service roadmap from a technical perspective, manage end-to-end delivery of features, remove impediments, and optimize delivery while coordinating with stakeholders. You will oversee people, budget, and services to ensure a frictionless workplace powered by digital tools and responsive support, with emphasis on team capability development, sustainable pace, psychological safety, and collaboration across functions. Strong emphasis on leadership, program management, and advanced communication in a regulated healthcare/biotech context, with fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or advanced degree
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or a similar role
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Fluency in both English and French is required
- Distributed Team Management
- Expert at maintaining operational consistency and team cohesion in remote or hybrid environments
- High-Performance Coaching
