Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day service operations including incident, problem, change, and release management to ensure timely delivery according to SLAs and KPIs. Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and communications, conducting regular service reviews and status meetings to build strong relationships and understand business needs. Identify areas for service improvement and implement proactive measures. Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation or higher, with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile advantageous.
