Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager oversees day-to-day support of large-scale maintenance projects, ensuring incidents are resolved per SLAs and KPIs, coordinating with support teams and vendors, reviewing transition plans and service performance, and leading team development and pre-sale activities. Requires a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (or equivalent), strong IT project management experience, SDLC understanding, process-improvement knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 5 years IT project management experience
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to travel as required
